Dustin Gardner

Founder & Lead Agent

Dustin Gardner grew up in Washington, D.C. and earned a degree in sports business from New York University. Before representing talent, he was creating content for sports outlets including FanSided and Sharp Football Analysis. Those years on the content side taught him what athletes and creators need from a partner, and inspired the vision behind his agency.

He got his start in talent representation at IF Management in NYC, handling both sports and creative clients. He then moved back home to D.C. and founded GSC.
